Communication is good. Sample delivered very quickly. Sample is excellent quality. I have tested it and it works as good as a Huski (original from NZ). It managed to keep the temperature pretty consistent for a few hours. I started testing at 2.30pm when the wine was 16 degrees celsius, straight out of the wine fridge. It seemed to come down in temp in the first 30 min. By 5.30pm it had risen to 18 degrees. The temperature in the apartment that day was 28 degrees celsius. The only thing I don’t like is that it has a tighter circle at the bottom of the product. It is apparently to hold narrower bottles, but I prefer the ones that are one size, which hold almost all bottles. This wine chiller doesn’t hold wide shaped champagne bottles or tall BDX bottles. I will be happy to place an order with this company for this product.
We are very satisfied with the product and the communication with Ray was perfect and very fast. We have already ordered for the second time and would be happy to do so again, highly recommended.
