Custom Water Bottle Project Processes

Step 1:Sign NDA

Our confidentiality is paramount. Before delving into details, we prioritize signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard your ideas.

Step 2:Design Refinement

Utilizing your drawings or ideas, our seasoned teams craft meticulous Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reports, ensuring seamless production. No drawings? No problem. Our R&D experts offer full design support, transforming concepts into actionable plans.

Step 3:Quotation & Payment

Once all requirements are clarified, we provide a transparent quotation encompassing tooling costs and product pricing. For tooling, a 50% deposit secures progress, with the remaining balance due upon sample approval. Mass production follows a standard 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.

Step 4:Tooling Fabrication & Sample Approval

Within one week of drawing approval, we swiftly create a prototype for your review. After prototype approval and deposit payment received, we commence tooling fabrication. You’ll receive the finalized tooling sample for approval on your custom mold design water bottle.

Step 5:Mass Production

Upon approval of the final sample and receipt of the deposit payment, we start mass production. Our standard lead time for production is 45 days.it will be longer for custom wine chiller projects.

Step 6:Final Payment & Shipping

Upon production completion and receipt of final payment, we coordinate shipping arrangements. lf you have no experience in importing from China, we can handle the whole logistics and arrange global door-to-door shipping.
